Employers must submit employment position approval applications through the OINP Employer Portal within 14 calendar days of an invitation.
Candidates have 17 calendar days from invitation to submit their applications and payment via the OINP e-Filing Portal.
Candidates must ensure all mandatory documents are prepared according to the OINP document checklist.
Notifications are sent via email to both candidates and employers once expressions of interest are selected.
