Canada has held another major Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Express Entry draw, inviting 6,000 in‑Canada skilled workers in round #396 on February 17, 2026, with a CRS cut‑off of 508 and a tie‑break of March 16, 2025. This is the third CEC‑only round of 2026 and continues IRCC’s strategy of prioritizing candidates who already live and work in Canada, right after a record French‑language draw and a high‑CRS PNP‑only round.
